2. Work Group Activities – Dec/Jan Approved Year 2 (of 3) of ITS’ proposed plan for web-enable ISRS enhancements. Established arrangement with WCET to undertake an audit of a limit set of our e-Student Services. Established “shared e-services” work group chaired by MCTC. Residential vs non-residential costs – Steve Franz’s group will be working through recommendations. Will be establishing a work group to assist with RightNow implementation strategies working w/PALS. Discussion of Gartner report and IMS RFP.

3. www.mnonline.mnscu.edu Site is “live” and currently being hosted at Century. Work is underway to move hosting responsibilities to PALS.

4. Seamless – status updates General status: Project management structure and process is being developed and finalized. Business sub-groups are meeting with discussions on project scope, objectives, their roles/responsibilities and process for obtaining requirements. Accomplishments: Registrar and Admissions Business sub-groups have meet and defined high priority policy/process issues to bring to the Task Force meeting. Risks: Phase I timeframe is highly dependent on the February meeting of the Task Force.
