2. Project Management Plan  Purpose: – To describe the management processes in use by the eRA project  Scope: – Applies to the software development, maintenance, and operations activities conducted on the eRA project

Goals of eRA Project Management  Ensure that commitments made to the user community, the IC’s, and the Steering Committee are met with fidelity  Ensure that eRA allocates resources in accordance with business priorities as determined by the Steering Committee  Implement modern project management processes that best serve eRA’s advanced software engineering environment and position the project for compliance with industry standard
