3. Building Envelope The building envelope is from one of my friend’s house. Three components of the shown in this picture are: the door, window, and the wall.

7. Incrementing Pavement This incremental paving lets the water run through its cracks. Parking area of a house in 107 Ave and 6 St.

8. Plenum This exposed plenum is found at one of FIU Architecture Building classrooms.

9. Service Core The service core is composed of the restrooms, elevators, stairs among other systems. The elevator was the only service core I could find in this shopping center.

10. Metabolic Rate These two persons have a completely different metabolic rate because of age, health and weight.

11. Accessible doorway This is an accessible door found at the entrance of Dolphin Mall. Its accessibility is due to its automatic mechanism, it opens when the sensor feels movement about 3 or 4 feet away.

12. Source of UV and IR I’m sorry but I couldn’t find anything that would emit these rays except the sun that is above me. The sun is a great contributor to design, thanks to it spaces get natural lighting and heat during the day.
