14 There are many students who are influenced to experiment with substances like consuming, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, shisha, dokha, weed and others. Ethical limitations in counseling does not allow counselors to reveal identities of students. The tips provided help to provide necessary guidance to your child overcome substance use. Early interventions can help prevent further harm. Substance Use

15  Sudden Increased appetite- craving for junk food,  Red eyes,  Forgetfulness,  Sleepiness,  Irritability and mood swings. General symptoms when children use substances

16  Signs of isolation or depression.  Drop in academic performance.  Sudden drop in interest in studies.  Sudden change in peer group. General symptoms when children use substances
