4. Thus, on Saturday March 13th, 2010, foreign students with their friends, Romanian students in our school, accompanied by teachers visited Cotroceni Museum and The Village Museum in Bucharest Capital City.

7. During the Comenius meeting in Romania we have received in "Liviu Rebreanu" School Mioveni, Arges County with bread and sault our partners from Poland, Italy, Lithuania and Malta.

8. On the morning of March 15, 2010, the teachers involved in the project met Mr. Ion Georgescu, Mayor of Mioveni Town, and then they visited Dacia-Renault Factory - a symbol of our town.

9. Afternoon activities were held at school:  demonstrative lesson of History and Geography “Great Geographical Discoveries" The eighth grade E Supporter teachers: Mihaela and Iulian Rizoaica

10.  a cooking lesson, followed by a contest - “Let’s Eat Healthy" The fifth grades B, C, D Supporter teacher: Nelia Velea

11.  a popular handicraft evening sitting “Folk Traditions in Arges County " The 2 nd class C Supporter teacher: Jeana Tiţa

12.  meeting with the Representative Committee of Parents and Students Council, where representatives of partner schools presented the project activities during the period November 2009 - February 2010, an occasion which both students and parents had an exchange of ideas with partner teachers, in order to learn more about how the educational system in Poland, Italy, Lithuania and Malta is.

13. The day of March 16th, 2010 has started visiting schools, attending lessons at moments of arts education, practical skills, Calligraphy, Science, Music, Math, Religion, Physical Education, Information, Technological Education, Civic Education. The teachers in partner countries were impressed by the diversity of activities to keep students and gave little attention to the Romanian children (candies, posters, postcards, plastic works made by pupils from partner schools).

18. The second activity of the day was the team meeting, where we made the evaluation of the developed activities according to the dissemination plan and we presented the final products (the shirts bearing the logo design, a brochure with poems in English entitled “The Wonderful World of Childhood”, some CDs with the most beautiful 10 songs from each partner country, chosen by children), and we studied the project site, our school team being responsible for its achievement.

19. The activity of this day culminated with a cultural and artistic show entitled "Spring in our hearts," offered to the foreign partners by students of our school at the Culture House from Mioveni Town. In the show opening the pupils performed the hymn of school “Liviu Rebreanu” School and the hymn of the project, and, after that, the presentation of our partner countries was made by means of a special moment.

20. The audience was delighted by the reciting pupils, singers and instrumentalists (highlight: the famous singer Johnny Badulescu - winner of countless awards and trophies, vocal and instrumental group - mandolin "Nova" vocal group "Doruleţ"), dance (folk dance, dance theme, cheerleading), theatre, Eco- fashion parade.

21. On the last day of that meeting, March 17th, 2010, the Comenius team had a new meeting, an occasion for us to establish transnational details related to the next visit which will take place from May 28th to June 2nd, 2010 in Lithuania, where will go 4 students and 4 teachers from “Liviu Rebreanu” School Mioveni.

22. During this visit, students enjoyed the hospitality of foreign students in our school families. We can say that the members of these families increased by a child "adopted", engaging with all daily activities. The same thing can be said about teams of students who received grades of foreign students:  V Class C - 1 student in Italy  Class VI C - 4 students from Poland and 1 student in Italy  Class VII-C - 3 students 4 students from Lithuania and Italy  Class VII-E - 1 student from Lithuania

23. In those days spent in our town, foreign students have participated in all activities that took place in our school (lessons, homework, extracurricular activities, etc.).. Thus, there has been new friendships which will continue through the exchange of e-mails, letters, and not by mutual visits.

24. We tried to show to the partners from Poland, Italy, Lithuania and Malta that Romanian hospitality is not a free expression, but a feature of every Romanian - student, parent, teacher. In all the activities they conduct (students and teachers in our school) through the Comenius project and we outline the real soul of the Romanian school, creating European values for centuries. We can say that we owe the success of these activities a full collaboration between schools, parents, local community.
