3 1. E-learning Module Highlights What? a 20 to 30 minute fully audio narrated e-learning module that provides an introduction to the NBI® framework. Who? Developed by Lighthouse Organizational Development and NBICertification.com for use by Licensed NBI® Consultants with their clients. Why? To prepare clients for an upcoming coaching, training, or team session using the NBI profile in order to maximize the time spent on application To orient new team members to the NBI® model To support blended learning programs that incorporate the NBI® How? Consultants can access the E-learning module at wholesale pricing rates and re-sell them to their clients at their own price point.
