Breadth of Experience Worked for a Fortune 500 company for 15 years at the executive level. Started as an engineer and worked my way to the executive level. Bought a European subsidiary in 1994, partnered with one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world. Served as CEO for 10 years
Breadth of Experience Sold my Interest in LMI in 1999 Participated in a group that purchased an HVAC manufacturing company in 2000 Served as CEO for 5 years Partnered with York International to manufacture specialty products for niche markets. Sold the business in 2005 Retired for about 3 months in 2005 2005 to present founded Measurable Results as a sole practitioner business coach / consultant.

Recognized that most companies that actually complete a plan, struggle with execution. Partnered with a OnStrategy, a execution software company to provide tools and services to help companies execute. Recognized that the majority of companies had problems with sales growth and marketing. Became a Certified HubSpot Partner in 2014, to help companies grow their business.
What do I do? Strategic Planning I help business owners and CEO’s clarify their vision for the business. I work with executive teams to develop a sound strategy to achieve their vision. I provide tools and coaching to help management teams execute their strategy.

Poor ROI on marketing dollars spent Weak or confusing message to their potential markets Sales forces that are unclear on the value proposition and resort to selling on price.
