5 EFFECT OF ELEARNING AND SOCIAL MEDIA ON STUDENT MOTIVATION Rate and quality of collaboration for employees increases Better communication Employees become more comfortable with computers and technology Increase in sharing of creative works (Dunn, 2011)

6 ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS OF INTEGRATING SOCIAL MEDIA Social media profiles and posts need to be kept professional Avoid making false or misleading statements Avoid making prohibited solicitations Do not disclose privileged or confidential information

7 RELEVANT TRAINING PROGRAM COMPETENCIES Understanding of different programs and they affect their operations Clarification of job specific duties in relation to the organization Learning different computer programs and how they are applied in each department Learning about the different clients we serve
