She symbolizes frozen waters. White colour is traditional for the Snow Maid. On her head she wears a crown decorated with silver.

Father Frost wears a red caftan, decorated with traditional embroidering and edged with snow-white fluff, a red cap, white mittens and felt boots. He has a snow-white beard, a red nose and cheeks, and a kind smile. In his hand he holds an icy staff with a sparkling star on its top. He has a huge red sack with presents for kids.
