ENHANCED COMPETITION IN THE RAILWAY SECTOR IF CONCESSIONS ARE OFFERED ON CORRIDOR ROUTES. GOVTS MUST CONCESSIONAIRE INVESTS IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE

16 MOST OPPORTUNITIES OCCURRING IN RAIL DEVELOPMENTS ARE OF REGIONAL NATURE RESTRUCTURING OF EXISTING RAILWAY NETWORKS THROUGH CONCESSIONING OF RAIL CORRIDORS.
