7 Uplift Education Graduation Endorsement Plans This is the Graduation Plan in line with HB 5. The confirmed plans will be provided at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year. Uplift Education schools, in compliance with the Texas Legislature’s House Bill 5, will begin offering the following graduation plans during 2014-2015. This plan requires all 8 th graders to choose an endorsement when they enter high school. Scholars may graduate with more than one of these endorsements. Uplift Education schools will offer as many of the following endorsements as they are able to do so based on their course offerings.
