14 DENSITY BONUS A “Density Bonus” means to allow an increased density of at least 25 percent over the maximum density for a project site, if an owner/developer of a housing project agrees to construct a prescribed percentage of very low or low income units and/or senior citizen housing.

15 TWO INCENTIVES  A waiver of the requirement that 65 of the parking spaces be covered spaces. The project will be provided with a total of 125 uncovered parking spaces; and  An increase in the maximum allowable building height in the RM zone from 35 feet to 36 feet.
