9 What happens if there is a problem? If your child becomes ill whilst they are away Miss Hughes will contact you on the number provided and you will be able to collect them if needed. If your child has any injury that requires further medical attention, then you will need to travel and collect them.

13 Each child will need to bring the items listed below in a strong holdall.  Sleeping bag  Pillow  Spare blanket  Roll mat or camp bed  Towel & wash kit  Good torch  Any medication  3 sets of clothes: including those the children arrive in. NB: Tracksuit bottoms are ideal (and better than jeans) and shorts if it is warm.  2 warm jumpers or sweatshirts  Cagoule or similar waterproof coat  2 warm sets of pyjamas  1 pair of old soft shoes/trainers – they may well get wet and muddy (Croc style shoes are unsuitable)  I pair of ‘dry use’ shoes  Sun Hat  Sun cream (labelled)  Mosquito repellent (labelled)  Plastic bag(s) to keep wet clothes in  Teddy bear/comfort item. All of the above must be clearly named.
