1. Select the Online Services & Financial Aid Tab.

2. Select Student Records from the menu.

3. In the Student Records menu, select Apply for Graduation.

4. From the Curriculum Selection page, select the bubble next to the degree you are applying for and click Continue.

6. Select the graduation term you are applying for from the drop down list.

7. Select your graduation date and click continue.

8. Select your name as you wish it to appear on your diploma. If your name does not appear exactly how you would like it, select New. Click continue. Create A New Name OR Select your name as it currently appears in the system

9. If you select “New”, enter your name as you would like for it to appear on your diploma. If your name contains any punctuation you are unable to enter, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

11. Select the mailing address that you would like to have your diploma sent to from the drop down list. If the address you wish to use does not appear, select New.

12. Enter a new mailing address and select Continue. If this address changes after you submit your application, please contact the Registrar’s Office.

13. Select your payment method from the drop down list and click Continue. The $35 fee will be charged to your account, and can be paid using Texan Bill Pay.

14. Verify all information, make any necessary changes and select Submit Request.

15. After you submit your Graduation Application, please check your Go Tarleton account for a confirmation email. All important information regarding graduation will be sent to your Go Tarleton E-Mail account. Please check your account frequently for news and updates. Any notices such as important deadlines, problems or missing requirements will be sent to this account. If you do not remember your user name or password, please contact the Computer Help Desk. 16. You can view your active application anytime via Ducktrax. If you have any questions or concerns not addressed on the graduation website (www.tarleton.edu/Graduation), please contact the Registrar’s office. Congratulations!
