Seek consultation or supervision to ensure that personal biases do not negatively affect the helping relationship. Seek professional development opportunities to enhance attitudes, knowledge, and skills Support dialogue that affirms multiracial identity expression. Provide advocacy efforts to develop consciousness raising Appreciate that others have the right to make decisions based on their cultural values. Multicultural Competeny
