16 16 Karen Turner Central Coast Registry Manager Karen Turner has worked for San Luis Obispo County Public Health since 1990, in the immunization program since 1999. She is the Regional Registry Manager for the Central Coast Immunization Registry (CCIR), which is one of nine regional registries in California. The CCIR consists of Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo Counties. Karen is the current chair of the California SIIS confidentiality committee, a member of AIRA, and is the San Luis Obispo County Public Health HIPAA privacy officer.
