16 Development projects VENE Arranges training for milk producers and milk producing experts in Ostrobothnia. The themes include developing animal material, fodder production, construction of barns and animal health and well-being.

17 Development projects Bioenergy projects BioE-logia is a training project aimed at rural entrepreneurs. BioG enhances biogas production on farms. Ekopelletti T&K enhances pellet production, pellet energy usage and energy entrepreneurship.

18 TraCoPi produces tools for teaching collaborative planning methods. Development projects

19 Development projects provide important hands- on experience to both staff and students.

20 Sustainable development School of Engineering and Natural Resources acts according to the principles of sustainable development in teaching, research and development. The school is certified according to the ISO 14001:2004 standard by Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy.
