8 What Does PSH Look Like? Located in neighborhoods with close proximity to: Transportation Employment opportunities Services Shopping, recreation and socialization Tenants have standard lease with all the rights and responsibilities of tenancy Services are voluntary and consumer-driven

9 What Does PSH Look Like? Can be scattered site or single-site Scattered site is renting units within the community Single-site is a project with a least a portion of the units reserved to provide PSH Single-site looks just like any other housing

10 How Create or Access PSH? Build/operate it yourself Do it yourself Joint Venture Identify a community nonprofit to build/operate it Build relationships with landlords Know their bottom line Gain their trust Know who is already engaged in your community
