Communication: asking & answering questions in the present tense; describing people Vocabulary: numbers 11-23; adjectives describing the looks & the personality of a person; interrogative pronouns; verbs: to understand, to apologize, to read & to ask Grammar: gender of nouns & modifiers; present tense of –m/-sz verbs; Nominative singular of nouns & modifiers

Communication: asking & answering questions in the present tense – continued; giving personal information – introductions continued Vocabulary: nationalities; professions & occupations; foreign languages; verbs: to speak, to like, to do/make, to learn & to dance Grammar: Instrumental singular & plural of nouns & modifiers; present tense of –ę/-sz verbs

Communication: expressing interests & talking about hobbies; argumentation; expressing time relations; asking for information Vocabulary: hobbies; time expressions; verbs: to play, to listen to, to watch, to meet, to travel & to be interested in Grammar: present tense of the remaining verbs; the use of verbs: to be interested in + Instrumental, to like + Accusative & to like + Infinitive
