8. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: The clickable email link, and the “Direct Deposit for Agencies” button, will take you to the log-in page, where you enter your username and password received from PRS:

9. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: You will land on this page, which is your agency main page. This page shows the history of all payments made via direct deposit to your account. Each “Batch” is numbered and dated and will remain in your history, for your reference. Clicking on the numbered Batch will take you to the summary report for that Batch. The Batch summary lists the Gross, Net, HST/GST, QST, Returns, and Net After Returns for each performer.

10. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: Notes: o Internet Explorer is the preferred browser for accessing your online account. o Be sure to enable Pop-Ups for this site. o Passwords can be changed at any time, through the “Change Password” link.

11. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: From this page, you are able to generate reports by “Cheque #” and “View Report”

12. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: “View Report” from the batch summary will take you to a detailed summary of each performer’s payment:

13. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: “Cheque #” allow you to see detail by production and return payments if necessary (return details to follow):

14. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: For a printable version of the Batch summary as below, click on “Agency Report – Summary”

15. TO REGISTER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT: Should you wish to print a more detailed report, click on “Agency Report Detail” from the Batch summary:

16. TO RETURN PAYMENTS: “Cheque #” allows you to see detail by production and return payments if necessary:

17. TO RETURN PAYMENTS: Click “Return to PRS” to return payments:

18. TO RETURN PAYMENTS: Click “Reverse, Reclaim Payment” if needed:

19. TO RETURN PAYMENTS: You can then run a “Return Report” from the Batch summary page, which calculates and displays which payments you have indicated will be returned to PRS:

20. TO RETURN PAYMENTS: Return to Batch summary page to confirm returns. Click on either “Confirm” button:
