 Manchester United participates in Barclays Premiere League, which consists of England’s top 20 teams.  Barclays Premiere League was founded in 1992  Tv Partners: Sky Sports & ESPN  Arguably the best league for futbol in the entire world  Official website: http://www.premierleague.com/en- gb.html

 Stadium: Old Trafford  Manager: Sir Alex Ferguson  Premiere League Championships: 20  F.A. Cup Championships: 11  European Cup/Champions League titles: 3  Manchester United is one of the most recognizable clubs not only in England, but the entire world. The MANU fan base is stretched globally, the club being a household name to most futbol supporters. Manchester United is undoubtedly the most successful team in English history, with a long list of historical legends and a current squad featuring a group of superstars.

 Stadium: Old Trafford  Location: Manchester, England  Capacity: 75,811  Average Attendance (2012/13): 75,387

 Dear Culvers, We believe that a partnership between your company, and Manchester United would be beneficial for the both of us. With a proposal of $100,000 from Great Clips, Manchester United would be able to use the money for various operations in bettering our organization. In return, Manchester United will not only look at Great Clips as a loyal partner, but help build exposure to Great Clips through in-game signage, the selling of Culver’s food at games, and player commercial participation. We hope to hear you are on board! Sincerely, Manchester United Corporate Office

 With Manchester United being such a popular club world-wide, receiving large crowd of over 70,000 people is not an issue. Also, since ManU is tv partnered with ESPN and Sky Sports, this means even more exposure from fans watching across the globe on two of the most popular sports channels in the world.  Putting Culvers signage within the stadium, along the field, would mean both fans who are attending games and fans who are at home watching games would be seeing the Culver’s logo around placed around the field.  This would definitely give Culvers the exposure it seeks to receive, which may mean more business and higher profits.

 At Old Trafford, Manchester United can partner with Culvers to have a mini restaurant/concession that sells Culvers products. This would be huge for Culvers since Culvers is only located in the United States, primarily the Midwest. Bringing Culvers to Old Trafford to sell food, would mean that this small restaurant/concession being the only one in England entirely, which would mean a massive amount of people buying a product that they can only get at Old Trafford. Culvers popularity at Manchester United games may even open up doors for Culvers to become an international corporation.

 Manchester United has some very popular players currently on the roster, players from countries all over the world. Culvers could use some of the popular players that would even be recognized in the United States (where Culvers operates). When soccer fans in the United States see their favorite Manchester United players eating at Culvers, this will definitely be appealing to them. Players like Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez, Ryan Giggs, and Robin Van Persie would have star power within the United States, making Culvers even more popular.

 In game signage cost: (according to www.signs.com) 10 signs that are 5ft in height and 12 ft in length with the Culvers logo on it would come out to approximately $950.  Flying out four players from England to Chicago and back (example) would cost approximately $4,000. Providing a hotel, the example being a The Holiday Inn Hotel in downtown Chicago, would cost approximately $940 dollars for two nights for all four players. Food for these players may amount to an example $400 for the two days.  The remaining money out of the $100,000 would go towards building a mini Culvers at Old Trafford. A minimum of $350,000 is required in liquid assets to acquire a Culver’s franchise according to franchise.com/Culvers, but this would be a miniature restaurant, almost like a large concession stand so it would not cost that much.  We at Manchester United believe that through this agreement of $100,000, both parties will benefit, and our loyalties to each other will only be positive.
