The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes, while ensuring their health and safety. Primary goal for the Wx program: “save energy for low income Wisconsinites by providing... …the best possible service, at the best possible price, in a timely manner.” Services delivered to single-family, multi-family, and mobile homes
