With the new build, it will give you the option to write in the Goal Action Steps box. Once you click on ‘Add Goal Action Steps’, a box will open and you will be able to type in your information. Another new feature is the created office and last modified office, as well as the last modified date.

9 Old CAP Sign-Off Statement
‘I have assisted in developing this Career Action Plan and I agree with goal and actions selected. I agree to the level of cooperation and participation needed for me to complete this plan, including meeting with the Career Center staff. I am able, available and actively seeking employment. I understand that failure to comply with this plan will result in a loss of my unemployment benefits.’ When a customer completes an Initial RESEA Review, they develop their CAP goals and sign off on them. This is what the old CAP Sign- off statement states. The customer will sign after this.

10 Additional CAP Section 30 Statement
‘I have been informed about the Training Opportunity Program (Section 30) and understand that I must apply for the Training Opportunity Program (Section 30) by the 15th payable week of my Unemployment Insurance payments to be eligible for Section 30 Unemployment benefits.’ There will now be an additional section for the customer to sign-off on stating that they have been informed and understand to apply for Section 30 by their 15th payable week of UI benefits.

Inform DUA of Return to Work and UI Potential Issues MOSES RTW and UI Potential Issue description box must: Be clear, concise, concrete & objective Provide a description of Return to Work detail and potential issues

12 Notifying DUA DUA is in the process of revising their
fact finding/adjudication process. It is imperative that all data entry be done accurately and timely. DUA is going to be changing their processes so it will become more difficult when a mistake is made to adjust it. 12

14 UI Potential Issue How to access the UI potential issue form
Go into Services tab Under General Tab click on Add Where is says Category, scroll until UI Issue Write in Description Box what the Potential Issue is with a clear, concise and concrete note. Click OK

Once you click ok a Word Document will automatically open at the bottom of the screen. Click on the Word Document to open the UI Potential issue

24 Return to Work Form Refer to Manual (pgs ) for RTW start date and implications for attending either CCS and/or Subsequent RESEA. Review each RTW scenario RTW part-time and still collecting benefits MUST complete all program requirements MOSES and UI systems do not “talk” to each other. Reason RTW in MOSES and RTW form sent to Lawrence UI. 24

To enter job seeker employment Click on Services Tab Click on Employment Tab Click on Add Under Service Type- Scroll and Click on Job Development Referral Click OK

Visit a career center in person  and register for ongoing employment services Complete weekly work search tracking forms for each and every week they requested unemployment benefits Register on the current state’s online job bank Submit updated resume Conduct LMI exploration Provide DD214 (if a veteran)

37 RESEA Left State Update job seeker’s address in MOSES
Documentation of all requirements must be submitted to the REALMI inbox or directly to the career center by changing the address on the bottom of the “Claimants who have Left the State” form. The career center that the job seeker submits the documentation to and who attains the Subsequent RESEA Review will get credit for the attainment. The date that all of the documentation is returned is the date that the RESEA Review can be attained.
