PENA Organization and Dues PENA is the following: A Neighborhood Association registered with the City PENA is NOT an HOA dues are voluntary Annual Dues are $50 / Address to pay for the following: VCPOA gets $20 for Insurance / Marketing / Website Weed / Trash Control – in 2016 will clear paying members lots Welcoming Committee Trail / Ponds / Entrance Maintenance PENA will send “voluntary” dues for 2016 Please Join PENA to Make Petroglyph Estates the Unique / Special Place to Live

Impact Fee Credit Process: 1.All Lots in Petroglyph Estates and Unit 27 are flagged at COA Building Permits. 2.At time of pulling permits the Owner will meet with the Impact Fee Coordinator – sign impact fee credit document. 3.Pull Building Permit with no Paving Impact Fee. Water Connection Process: 1.Pay for water connection at time of pulling water meter. 2.At end of the calendar year the COA will send a check for the water connection.
