2 APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS FOR “ER” ZONING Areas designated as Neighborhood Commercial in the Comprehensive Plan future land use maps. Commercial districts that abut single-family residential neighborhoods, outside of urban villages and mixed-use growth centers.
