8. HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL Hazardous chemical means any chemical which is classified as a physical hazard or a health hazard, a simple asphyxiant, combustible dust, pyrophoric gas, or hazard not otherwise classified. 8

9. HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS REPORTING THRESHOLD 10,000 lbs. or more Ex: Diesel Fuel 1400 gal. = 10,000 lbs. Note: Retail stations in full compliance with state and federal laws have a higher reporting threshold for Diesel of 100,000 lbs. 9

12. 12 EHS Examples:  Chlorine (not bleach) - TPQ is 100 lbs. = reportable beginning at 100 lbs.  Sulfuric Acid TPQ is 1000 lbs. = reportable beginning at 500 lbs.  Anhydrous Ammonia TPQ is 500 lbs. = Reportable beginning at 500 lbs. NOTE: Ammonium Nitrate is not an EHS and is reportable beginning at 10,000 pounds
