1. Graduate Admissions Transcript Creation Click on the Notes tab for captions!

2. Type in SOAPCOL in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Prior College form 1. Type in ID number in the ID field OR perform person search. 2. Click Next Block.

4. Prior College form 1. Type in College Code OR click drop down arrow for the search function.

5. College Search – Source or Background Institution form 1. Check small circle under College. 3. Click Execute Query. 4. Double click on school’s code. 2. Enter any available information.

6. Prior College form 1. Enter Transcript Received Date or choose date by using the Calendar icon. 2. Check Official Transcript box. 3. Hit Save. 4. Click Next Block.

7. Prior College form 1. Select Degree. 2. Indicate Degree Date. 3. Indicate Attended From Date. 4. Indicate Attended To Date.

8. Prior College form 1. Type in GPA. 2. Hit Save. For entering more colleges click Insert Record and repeat same steps. 3. Exit form.

10. Type SOAPCOL in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

11. Prior College form 1. Type in ID number in the ID field OR perform person search. 2. Click Next Block.

12. Prior College form 1.Review: Prior College Transcript Received Date Official Transcript box Degree Attended From & To Dates GPA 2. Exit form.
