4 Future Client Recruitment Increase Marketing for the Center Redevelop website: Replace pictures with a video, add testimonies of clients, and place consultant form on the home page. Dictate a time once a week to visit local businesses in the community to educate them about TFCE services (Outreach). Continue to partner with different organizations to attend events and promote the center. Continue to grow our social media presence to educate others about the center and to connect with users online.

5 Partnerships 1. Career Technical Education (Public Schools of Robeson County): A. 2 nd Annual Elite Intern Academy: The academy will provide internships to over 30 local high school students on campus and with the local business community. B. TFCE and the EI will host an Entrepreneurship Summer Camp for high school students in July. C. CTE has given me the opportunity to speak to four different high schools about business, entrepreneurship, and life in general. D. CTE partnered with TFCE for the 2016 Summit.

6 Partnerships 2. WIOA Program (Two Hawk and School of Business)  A. This semester we hosted four interns. These interns had the opportunity to work with clients of the TFCE and assisted with business plan development, marketing, funding, and human resources.  B. Our goal is to have 6 student interns this summer. The student interns will work with us in website development, social media marketing, and videography.

7 Partnerships 3. SEATS (Robeson County):  SEATS= South East Area Transit System  Providing public transit system for the University and the Town of Pembroke.  Working with Student Affairs to conduct needs analysis and determine cost model and routes.  Our goal is to start a test run on AUGUST 15 th, 2016.

8 Partnerships 4. The Support Center (Raleigh, NC):  The Support Center is one of the largest statewide nonprofit and community development financial institutions.  The Support Center wants to partner to be a lending resource for current and future clients of the TFCE and EI.  Partner with the Support Center to help each other assist with client consulting.

9 Events 1. UNC Social Entrepreneurship Competition: 2 Undergraduate teams and 1 Graduate team participated. The students worked on their business ideas for 5 months. We learned a lot and had a great time. 2. 2016 Entrepreneurship Summit: the event was a great success, maximizing collaboration among various departments and organizations. Also, promoted the center to new organizations. 1. Elite Intern Academy: This event will host over 30 students to provide an internship to gain real world experience. 2. Entrepreneurship Summer Camp: The camp will host 21 students for five days at the Incubator. 3. Dream Big Competition: In October, TFCE, the Support Center and Incubator will host a small business competition. Spring 2016Summer & Fall 2016
