3. 20 June 2014RSC East Learning Resources Managers Forum3 Next steps Current funding expires end of August 2014, also the ebrary platform agreement and most of the content is due to expire. » What’s staying? 200 titles were bought outright plus the 50 added last August, which are licensed until August 2015. » What’s going? Ebrary is finding out from publishers how much they intend to charge for top 20 titles existing collection. Our aim is to get the best usage and value.

Publishers and suppliers will submit their bids to Jisc Collections by midday 23 June 2014. Markers will then convene at the Jisc office in London for the selection panel on 10 th July. All the licences will be in place. » The platform Jisc Collections has renewed the agreement with ebrary and will include the most popular titles following a survey of colleges. Jisc Collections will work closely with you to look at ways to make it as easy as possible. If you have any concerns or ideas regarding this please do feed them back.

Jisc Collections will be looking for volunteers to attend these meetings, they will be for a maximum of two and half hours with lunch provided.
