Continuous improvement in the organization occurs for the workflow, quality of product, services and safety. ( Product/RD Committee) Continuous improvement is performed using creativity techniques, communication skills, presentation skills, statistical quality techniques and graphical quality techniques. ( Learn to use/and encourage to use) Continuous improvement is based on accurate analysis. Everyone is involved in continuous improvement. Procedures for improvements are detailed and standardized. (ISO 9002/14001)

11 7. Learning Laboratories & Constant Experimentation
1.Experiment means test or trial carried out carefully in order to study the results, gain new knowledge and insights, and create something new. (CLP program) 2.Employees experiment by using computer simulations, exercise in teams and or small independent units. (KM) 3. Employees experiment by systematically searching for new knowledge and testing of new knowledge. (KM) 4. Everybody do the experiment, it is not only the task of the R&D people. ( Learn and do for Proven method )

12 8.Decentralized Hierarchies & Participative Management
The company’s long-term decisions are officially discussed among top management, middle management and other employees. 2. Decisions are made with the involvement of the employees affected by them. 3. Decisions are delegated to the people who take action. All sections of the company are guided by shared vision, shared values. 4. The company’s top management is responsible for understanding the organization as an interactive system, the structuring of learning processes, creating the company’s shared vision, anticipating and reacting on long- term issues.

13 9. Flexibility of Organization Strategy and Employees:
Top management plans company strategies taking into consideration different scenarios. Top management tries to anticipate all future developments which might concern the company. Top management’s strategic planning reflects continuously changes in reality. Employees are rotated within the same department, between different departments, between different sections. Employees in the organization are normally trained in all jobs of their work team, able to perform all jobs of their work team.

14 10. Supportive Corporate Learning Culture:
We use communication techniques that help employees recognize their differences in opinion. (Group discussion,T-360, Culture Survey) Provide space/event for group discussion - Important discussions are guided by facilitators. - Employees officially discuss their personal understanding of the organization’s reality, personal vision about the organization’s future with other employees. (COP, KM) Personal understandings are harmonized by consensus. (Management by Facts)

15 10. Supportive Corporate Learning Culture:
Employees express opinion openly to peers and superiors and have a high tolerance of other’s opinions. . ( Open mind culture/brotherhood) 5. Employees have confidence in their peers and superiors. (Coaching skill) Employees are highly committed to the organization. Everyone in the organization takes risks. (Risk-taking culture) Everyone is responsible for the outcomes of this action. (Failed is no shame)
