You go hungry. Dinner – It was worth it. You may have any type of soup you like (as long as it’s home made) Friday: Breakfast – A combination of every breakfast you have had this week. (Blended together) Lunch – A sandwich, but it must have a very hot chilli sauce on it. Dinner – Lentil curry. You must have at least 50% extra curry powder than the recipe. (It is easy enough to get recepies for all of these things)

16 General Information: This is a week plan dare; that is designed to control your entire week. For the time of day in which tasks ect are done, if this is inconvenient to important aspects of your life (I.E. Work/School/Whatever) Then change it for an appropriate time. Getting washed includes: Going to the toilet Cleaning your teeth Having a shower You must stay on target with this schedule. There are punishments if you don’t.

17 Punishments. For every time either the routine is broken, or you fail a task, you must either: Give yourself 10 spanks (add five for each extra time) Skip one meal
