Introduction Introduction – Greeting – Grab audience attention, i.e. story, music, statistics, joke, question, etc. – Presentation outline Body Body – Transition with examples, facts, stories, quotes, visual aids, etc and Closing Conclusion Conclusion – Summarize main points – Recency (people remember the last thing they are told) – Can use techniques with video, funny story, etc. or simply recap main points in body
