17 © 2013 Brigham Young University–Idaho I-Learn (LMS) Stability 17 Issues: Enrollment delays, slow performance, perceptions of slow IT support to resolve issues Synopsis: 6 month venture, partnership between BYUI (IT, support centers) and service providers (Agilix, ISP) Work Completed: Implement I-Learn API Account creation & course enrollments immediately at login Improve ISP connection between BYU-Idaho & Agilix Agilix hardware ramp up before semester starts Agilix improve traffic load balancing Refined the support process at BYU-Idaho etc.
