6 2 –SERVICES ZONE FOR BEGINNING IMPORTERS COMPREHENSIVE IMPORT SUPPORT Service addressed to companies and those of you who for different reasons are reluctant or do not have the opportunity to become an importer but aim at obtaining direct access to Asian market resources. You place an order for products or stock that meet your requirements to these companies. Tasks involve: choice of appropriate supplier, gathering samples. Supervising of production and loading process. The companies import the commodity, conduct the customs clearance and deliver it to your warehouse- DOOR TO DOOR service. That kind of orders execution will be based only on binding agreement. MANUFACTURERS RESEARCH Basing on information and specification of required products provided by you, companies will present a list of offers of Asian products. The list might include best prices, relations between price and quality as well as products of the highest price. Among exhibitors there will be also those who will handle negotiations on behalf of you with producer denoted by you. This kind of service is often connected with organizing product samples, supervision of ordering and loading process and dealing with formalities which emerge around an Asian company activity. VERIFICATION OF PRODUCER Companies handling audit of the chosen manufacturer. This service might have diversified character. Starting from general verification of registration documents of a given company confirming it’s existence, through control in a manufacture, verification of staff number and production capacity, to quality control of already produced goods, gathering and sending samples and pictures of conducted inspection.
