Eligible Providers The following Ohio educational institutions are eligible to be providers: A charter school that operates a dropout prevention and recovery program; A city, local or exempted village school district that operates a dropout prevention and recovery program; A joint vocational school district that operates an adult program; or A community college, university branch, technical college or state community college.

7. 22 + Adult High School Diploma Student Applications A provider must be approved for the 22 + Adult High School Diploma Program before student applications can be submitted.

28. Finalized Student Success Plan $3928.54 award available if the student passes all the courses and assessments in year one

37. Student Application Opens The 22 + Adult High School Diploma Program Provider Application opened on March 13, 2015 The 22 + Adult High School Diploma Program Student Application will open on May 11, 2015.

38. Annual Renewal Providers will need to renew their application annually based on renewal of funding. Current funding ends June 30, 2015.
