Rate is £ 9 per hour for a regular booking and £ 10 per hour plus £ 10 for a one off booking- 2 hours is £ 30, 3 hours is £ 40- we add £ 20 after 8 pm so it becomes £ 40 for 2 hours and £ 50 for 3 hours. 1 hour on its own is £ 12.50 for a regular booking. 3. Kitchen: freezer, fridge, microwave, 8 litre water boiler, electric cooker.

4. Small meeting room: dimensions 2.5 metres by 6.5 metres. Rate for this room is £ 6 per hour.

6. LOWER GROUND FLOOR – this floor is only accessible down a flight of steps but has separate access from the larger room. Small Hall: dimensions 7.5 metres square. 5 large tables, 30 folding chairs, 3 smaller tables. Rate for this room is £ 8 per hour for a regular booking and £ 10 per hour for a one off booking. 1 hour on its own is £ 10 for a regular booking.
