To launch a new Parents & Toddlers group. 3. To progressively enhance the facilities at the back of St Marks for both Church and community use. 4. To see The Ark growing and to help equip and encourage new leaders to get involved in this ministry. 5. To see a St Marks pastoral visiting team set up.

One above the new toilets on ground floor level and another in the existing bell tower. On the other side of the bell tower, above the kitchen, the stairwell is enclosed for fire safety. An additional bathroom can be placed next to this one for ambulant users. The new bathrooms are to include baby changing facilities.

7 Barnes & Collie Architects - 13 Royal Square - St Helier - Jersey - JE2 4WA - Tel: PHASE 2: Childrens Rooms There will be two new childrens room for the expansion of the growing Sunday school The ARK. Above the new access WC the balcony shall be extended and enclosed from the stairwell to create a new room with access to the converted bell tower room.

Access to the kitchen will be through the main hall via the community space for which the kitchen will cater for during social and community events.

This area can be used for social and community events. The flexible space will provide several different options for dividing the area for the needs of the church.

One example can be found at Georgetown Methodist Church. On the right, an example of how timber glass mix partitions have been used to enclose a classroom space.

16 Barnes & Collie Architects - 13 Royal Square - St Helier - Jersey - JE2 4WA - Tel: PHASE 5: Lady Chapel To single glaze the lady chapel, remove 2 pews and put in comfy church chairs to yield a warm chapel, meeting or prayer space.

The meeting is requested to give approval for the Access WC to proceed, subject to the net cost of the project (including fees) not exceeding £20,000 after taking account of any grants donations and proceeds of fund raising specifically related to the project.
