8 Page: 8 Many industry standard word processers have collaborative editing tools such as; inserting comments into an exiting draft, editing draft and track changes, ability to review changes made and accept or reject the changes. Inserting Comments, Editing Drafts with track changes, Accepting or rejecting changes Version Numbers This facility allows the user to comment on their colleague's work and note any changes or give any feedback on the side of the word processors document. This feature and its comments can also be printed out. This features allows the user to show which of his colleagues have made changes to the document. If the user does not agree with the changes, he is able to view the document before the changes was applied. This method allows the user to permanently accept or reject the changes made by another user and revert to the previous version if required. This feature keeps a record of every version of the document on saving. Using this function, the user can revert to the previous version as needed.
