Goals and Methodology Methodology An online survey was sent to a database of IT professionals responsible for corporate email. Dell Software was not revealed as the survey sponsor. Participants A total of 202 IT professionals participated in the survey. All had responsibility for administration, implementation, or architecture of corporate email systems at companies with more than 1000 employees.
