2. How to Create Folders in Notability Open Notability on your iPad Click the + in the upper left corner Window will pop up, click “create subject” You will be able to name the subject-initials or first name Repeat to make a folder for each student

3. Instructions for Uploading Data Sheets to Notability Create your data sheets in Microsoft Word-When you click “save as”, save document as a PDF Open your email program and email the PDF to yourself Open your email on your iPad Find the email you sent to yourself Scroll down until you see your attachment Touch and hold on the PDF to open it Box will pop up next to the PDF Click on Notability Box will pop up that said “Sent to Notability” Click Ok Open Notability Import box will appear-choose “create new note” Select the folder you want the data sheet in. You can change this next to “Imported to” Click “Done” Data sheet is now in the Folder Rename data sheets by opening them, Clicking on the title, select the “T” tool from the middle top of the screen and type a new name
