10  Compare the advantages and disadvantages of applying on paper v online  Create a table on the whiteboard.  Take one example and analyse.  Make the point  Explain it  What are the effects of that point on the business?  Use connectives to link the Point; Explanation and Effect together.  Now do this for all the points in your table. 11  Divide the class into groups, who will take part in a mock interview.  In each group decide who will be the interviewer and who will be the interviewees. You will all work together on all aspects of the process.  Interviewees complete the application forms.
