It’s Jane’s turn to get Office 365 on her PC and devices. Jane installs Office 365 Small Business Premium on her primary PC. Note: The steps would be the same for any other employee/end user. Jane receives the email with her Office 365 user ID, password, and a login link. From her business laptop, she clicks the link in the email to go to login.microsoftonline.com. She signs in with the information from the email and changes her password. She follows the on-screen instructions. Office is installed on her laptop. Jane easily adds Lync, an Office application, to her smartphone: On her smartphone, she goes to her phone’s app store, searches for and then installs Lync. What are the steps for an employee/end user to get started with Office 365 Small Business Premium after the administrator has set up the Office 365 Account? o Go to login.microsoftonline.com; select from a list all the computers and devices to download to; and then click Software Install. o Go to login.microsoftonline.com; enter user’s Product Key; and then install on all of the user’s computers and devices (up to 5 for one user). o Follow the email link to login.microsoftonline.com and sign in; download Office onto the user’s business PC or Mac; and then install Office applications on the user’s supported mobile devices.
