3 Coordinating Cleanup & Redevelopment for Project Success Former GM Moraine Assembly Plant 4 million SF of vacant industrial space Purchased by IRG and IRGICP in 2011, three years after plant closure, with plans to demise sections and repurpose for new businesses Environmental impacts from GM operations; RACER Trust funded and tasked to complete remedial activities under supervision of U.S. EPA and Ohio EPA IRG's real estate team developed the site's new vision, which resulted in much of the property being sold or leased – Sale: Fuyao Glass America; Inland Property Management (R&J Trucking); Copart – Lease: Yaskawa America, Inc.; Star Cartage; Premier Contractor Solutions; Yowell Transportation Service
