11 Property Preservation Pre-sale Activities During the foreclosure process, the mortgage documents state that the Mortgagee has the legal authority to take actions to protect its collateral interest. At this time, they can neither deny access to the mortgagor nor give access to anyone without their authority.

13 Property Preservation Post-sale Activities Servicer assumes full ownership of the property following the foreclosure sale, lifting prior legal limitations. Focused on expeditiously returning the property to a marketable condition. All interior debris can be removed from the property and damages can be addressed.
