10 Process and Staff Title Process/Plant –8 Abstractors/Readers with combined 90+ years Title Experience –Tight operating process with every order tracked at every level –Average time to issue commitments is 2-4 days –Orders can be marked “Expedite” to prioritize them through the process –Orders can be marked as a “Problem” ensuring any issue is followed-up on and resolved in an appropriate time frame –All data is scanned in to an order at contact point with Equity, creating an Electronic Virtual Title File –Any paper produced in the Title process leaves our facility in a locked container and is shredded by Iron Mountains protecting our clients and their borrowers privacy.

11 Process and Staff Relationship Team –Every client is assigned to a team –Each Team has a dedicated phone, fax and address –Team is composed of: Team Leader Senior Team Member Multiple Team Members Team Leads average 6+ years title and Settlement experience Team Acts as a single point of contact for all client support acting as a client advocate through Equity Software tracks and reports all team order is in real time to all team members.

12 Process and Staff The combination of the ‘Title Plant’ and the ‘Relationship Team’ gives clients a company with the scale to invest in Technology and Staff while still providing the single point of contact and easy access for all support.
