17. Accelerated Reader: STAR Reading – Assessment that gives AR level Students read books on their level and take AR tests to earn points Read every night even if your child met their goal. Each student must meet a point goal and have an average of 85% to participate in AR party. School-Wide Program

19. A Tale of Two Students August STARMay STAR Student A: 4.8 11.4 Student read constantly and read books on and above his level. Student B: 6.5 8.1 Student read constantly, but read books below his level.
