IMCOM teams evaluate compliance with standards 95 ACS Centers: 93 ACS centers Accredited Accreditation: Achieving Internal Excellence

11 11 of 29 Delores Johnson, IMWR-FP/703-681-5375 (DSN 761)/Dolores.Jonson@us.army.mil 110800(R) JUL 2008 ACS Accreditation Process  Notification - Region sends memorandum to Garrison Commander six months before visit  Self-Study - Installation completes self-study and corrects areas of non-compliance - Copy of self-study with pre-site documentation is provided to team leader prior to the visit  IMCOM Region Site Visit - Determination of compliance with standards made on-site - Accreditation report provided to IMWR-FP after visit if installation meets accreditation requirements - Interim installation status report provided to IMWR-FP when accreditation requirements are not met  Accreditation Decision - IMWR-FP Evaluates report and accreditation recommendation - CG, FMWRC decides to accredit or defer accreditation and notifies installation commander of decision

Assist in reducing stress through informal support (e.g., workshops, classes, focus groups, and liaison with local community). All eligible customers receive information, education, prevention, intervention, and services necessary to address the unique personal and Family readiness needs of the mobile and deployed military community. Services must be tailored to the unique needs of the installation influenced by the mission, demographics, geography and support in the community outside the gate. 2: Personal and Family Life Readiness. Provide prevention and intervention programs and services for a wide-range of support from individual life situations to mass casualty response and recovery. All eligible customers receive information, education, prevention, intervention, and services necessary to address the unique personal and Family readiness needs of the mobile and deployed military community.
