The Norwegian planning and building act (PBA) The goal of the PBA: To promote SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - for each human being, the society and comming generations “The Planning and Building Act is based on the values of equity, liberty, and solidarity, and on the principles of dialogue and participation in planning processes.”

6. Cross sectoral! The PBA supposed to: Promote holistic approach by connecting sectors, tasks and interests.
