3. 3 Why is this position open? The company has decided to restructure its finance team in the region. They are looking for a new FD who will help them to grow their business significantly in the near future.

4. 4 The Role Location Prague, heading 4 country FDs, reporting to the European FD (full line) and the regional MD (dotted line). Frequent travel throughout the region and to the UK HQ. Strong business partner to local MDs and the regional MD.

5. 5 The Ideal Candidate Solid experience in similar positions in the region First-hand knowledge of SOX and US GAAP Excellent English and Czech University education Broad understanding of commercial issues Advisor and partner to the regional FDs and MDs

6. 6 The Package Annual gross income € 65 – 75K EUR, excluding bonus. Bonus 20 % - on target; max. 40 %. Company car. Target position - FD Eastern Europe.
