3 Venturi Throat on Heating Injector
Heating System Heating Controls P2 / Ambient Air Mixer Venturi Throat on Heating Injector 13.3

4 Heat and Demisting Outlets
Heat outlets are under the front seats Demisting outlets are across the front windshields 13.4

5 Convergent Injectors Hot Air Outlets Windshield Demisting Diffusers
Hot air tapped at the engine centrifugal compressor outlet (P2), is mixed with ambient air drawn in by 2 convergent injectors. Hot air is diffused into the cabin through 3 hot air outlets and the windshield demisting diffusers. Hot Air Outlets Windshield Demisting Diffusers Use of P2 air bleeds is forbidden above the engine maximum continuous rating (Ng or T4). 13.5

6 Heating and Demisting Control Knobs
These are located on the floor between the pilot and co-pilot seat. Caution should be exercised when turning these knobs “OFF”. They should be turned off ‘loosely’, otherwise they will be very difficult to open the next time you want heating or demisting. 13.6

17 111. Where, on the floor, are the heating and demisting rotary control knobs located?
B. Between the pilot and co-pilot seats.

18 112. What important consideration should be remembered when turning off the heat or demisting rotary knob? C. Turn them off loosely. If turned off tightly they will be very hard to turn back on.
